Since I started to go in for more healthy food and a healthy daily diet I tried different so called Superfood. I started with Chia which is ought to be full of important nutrients such as polyunsaturated fatty acid several vitamines and a high percentage of protein. Therefore I took this commercial photograph...yummmieeeee! =D
I haven´t posted for a while...It´s been some weeks since I arrived in Bayreuth singing at Wagnerfestspiele. So of course with all the rehearsals and shows there was not too much time for posting. But in addition a place where I did spend a lot of time - and still do..;)- you can see here... =) :
Some days ago I went with a friend hiking in Sächsische Schweiz. We had perfect weather, great views and fascinating encounters....What a fantastic nature you can find there, all green and shiny! =)
